EasyMeasures is glad to present its best proposal with a solution which  matches  the  request  to  implement  a  Wind  Monitoring Station . The EasyMeasures Wind Met Tower, according to IEC 61400-12-1:2005 with First Class and Measnet certified wind speed sensors, it permit:

– the Characterization of the Site,

A crucial factor in the development, siting, and operation of a wind farm is the ability to assess and characterize available wind resources. The EasyMeasures Wind Met Tower supports efforts to accurately define, measure, and forecast the land-based wind resources. More accurate prediction and measurement of wind speed and direction allow wind farms to supply clean, renewable power to businesses and homeowners at lower costs. Investors trend toward requiring more supporting data, more due diligence, and more de-risking of projects, tall tower data (and even better, full blade sweep data) is a simple solution. It is usually issued by installing the Wind Met Tower for a year;

– the Power Performance Evaluation (IEC 61400-12-1),

The IEC 61400-12-1 it represent a major aid in independent evaluation of wind farm performance over time, assessment of production ability against estimates or warranties, in providing binding information                       for    buyers   or    loaners   or    even   simulate the      impact    of    wind    farms    on electrical  grids.  The  testing  laboratory,  with  the  characteristics  required  by  the  accreditation standards, is responsible for installing, monitoring and to conduct the certification tests required; usually the measurement will be performed in six month, where EasyMeasures provide both, the Wind Met Tower temporary installation  and the Accredited Certification;

EasyMeasures provide  the  wind  monitoring station according to IEC61400-12-1:2005, the proposal it include the whole component to cover the Wind Power requirement.

EasyMeasures has a long and proven experience within this field. Thanks to the First Class wind speed sensors and the Measnet certificate issued for each system, each station is able to measure, collect and transmit remotely the data according to the IEC 61400-12-1:2005. EasyMeasures’s system is provided with LAN port for easy interface to optical fiber (not included converter LAN/OFF).

EasyMeasures’s products may be subject to periodic re- calibration in the laboratory, and optionally provided certificate issued by accredited bodies as Ilac-MRA (ACCREDIA) or MeasNet (where applicable) not only for the single sensor but for the whole chain composed by sensors, data loggers and cables.
